The start of the 2026 school year has kicked off with students jumping straight into a range of learning opportunities!
The EveryBODY program supports students with learning about consent, bodies and body safety, protective behaviours and help seeking strategies providing essential information and learning for all children.
Our Bike Education program for students in year 3 – 6 has provided an opportunities for students of all biking abilities to practise and consolidate their riding skills, as well as learning about the safety considerations associated with riding a bike in the community.
Our House Connect sessions kicked off the year with the opportunity to build relationships with the newest members of each house through team building activities, and creating some beautiful chalk art on the grounds around the school.
Year 5/6s have got into Interschool sport, trying out new activities and demonstrating great sports behaviours – win or lose.
At Auburn, we pride ourselves on offering learning experiences which built essential foundational skills in literacy and numeracy, while also supporting the development of skills that will support them to be great learners and great people in the community.
